What is the new movie involving the military where the jet has 'a mind of its own'?

I saw the preview for this movie just a while back and im not even sure if its out in or out of theaters yet. I think Owen Wilson is in it, and its about the military creating a weapon that is controlled without actually flying it but then it gets struck by lightning and begins selecting its own targets.
