I saw this being advertised in the theaters about a year ago. It was a comedy with a black family that moved into a nice new house, but then the whole house started falling apart cause it was a lemon. it was a funny kind of movie, and it must have been released around march or april of last year. does anyone know the name of it?

It's called "Are We Done Yet?", a horrible film made in 2007 and starred Ice Cube. Although this was a sequel to the equally awful 2005 film "Are We There Yet?", this was also an official remake of the classic 1948 comedy, "Mr. Blandings Builds His Dream House."
